Crystal M. Bratton (C.M.) is a multi-award winning writer, actress, singer, and designer. C.M. enjoys writing books and scripts, performing in theatres around the city, teaching acting & playwriting for Seniors in Play, teaching college writing, and designing papel picado and dragon-inspired goodies. As a Mexican-American, C.M. remains passionate about the Latine experience. She loves to infuse her work as a writer, designer, and performer with her experiences growing up in southern Texas, whether performing as a mariachi, eating traditional Mexican cuisine, or celebrating indigenous arts and culture. C.M. has B.A.s in Theatre Arts & Spanish from Yale, an M.A. in Drama from TWU, and an MFA in Creative Writing for Media Arts from Fullsail University.
