1. Successfully complete the consecutive 48-Hour No Screen Challenge, abstaining from using phones, tablets, TVs, video games, and computers.
2. Provide your personal information and complete the online questionnaire.
3. Share your experience by writing a concise essay and submit it through our online submission portal.
4. Attach a PDF file of your school's Community Service form, which we will complete and sign. We will honor 8 hours of community service time for participants who meet all requirements.
5. Await our response for a potential essay-writing award.
